Double Room in Female House-share Morden

The house: the house is really nice and big, with a reasonable sized kitchen and big dining and living area, which opens out onto a lovely patio and garden that gets the sun all day. The main bathroom is relatively new and huge - you will share it with two other housemates. Paul, the landlord, is great and also on hand if we have any issues.

The room: nice, bright spacious room which overlooks the garden and gets the sun all day. The room comes furnished with a big three-door wardrobe and queen size bed with storage (not the bed pictured). All other furniture in the pictures is my own, but there’s a bedside table and desk available to be added back into the room if needed, or you can bring your own furniture if preferred.

The housemates: you will be living with 3 girls (Antonia, Evie and Alex) between 25-30, so also looking for someone around this age, who’s sociable, easy to get along and live with, and in a full time job. We all have our own social lives and schedules etc. but always up for a kitchen chat whilst cooking dinner, watching trashy TV, and brunch/roasts!

The area: the house is on a nice residential road, so very quiet and safe with Morden Hall Park close by too. 10 minute walk to Morden Station (northern line can get to Oxford Circus in 45 mins) and 20 min walk to Wimbledon. The tram is also really close so easy to get to Croydon and Gatwick Airport.
Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Superdrug, Iceland etc are also a 10 min walk away, with a load more shops in Wimbledon too.

The bills: bills are not included in the rent and tend to range from £120 - £150 per month throughout the year - the more that’s used the more expensive they are ofc . A breakdown of the what’s owed is shared near the end of each month and needs to be transferred before the 1st of the following month.

The room is free from the 7th July, with viewings happening asap. Once viewings have happened we will then pass on your details to the landlord to do his checks and he will make the final decision to whether you can move in :)
