There are 3 double rooms that are furnished, a kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a bright spacious lounge.

There is also access to a garden with a little shed at the end.

The property is located near Starbucks, Costa, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Co-op and a large Tesco Superstore. There is also a local David Lloyd leisure centre and 3 other gyms.

The flat is around 3 mins walk to Raynes Park Station.
There are fantastic train links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo (18 minutes), Putney, Kingston and Surbiton. There are good bus services that include the 57 (also a night bus), 131 and 200.

A bit about me:

I am 25 (female) and work in an office in Wimbledon. I am a very friendly and sociable person who is looking for housemates who are easygoing and don’t mind keeping the flat clean and tidy. I am new to London so it would be great to share the odd meal and go out for a drink but I also respect everyone’s space.
