We do not charge a deposit; however, the following is required:

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, visit our office to pay:

The first two weeks of the rent
The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £250 to cover utility bills for the months of the contract

No additional utility payment is required if you extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months.
