Room for Rent for a Student in October

A have a very nice furnished double room in the attic in a terrace house, which has 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower. Ground floor consists of a lounge, dinning room, kitchen ,toilet, patio and a long garden. I have a drive way but only for guests. I am a live in landlord. I am friendly, happy, domesticated and considerate person who also wants to feel comfortable with tenants who like to keep everything organised and clean. Colliers Wood station is 5 min , buses run every ten minutes. St. Georges hospital is 15 mins walk. No overnight guests allowed. You can feel safe in my house it’s important for me and others. A home with a family atmosphere. I do consider others privacy too. At the moment i have a student who has been with me for 4 years studying for her PHD. She is now going home to Thailand at the end of September so it is available to view in the middle of October because of refurbishment. You can get in touch with me if interested.
