The bottom floor consists of:

Two rooms (One already rented to a muslim female), including bed, cupboard, drawers, table, chair and your own fridge.

You will have your own private Toilet and Shower to share with the other female, but the kitchen will be shared.

The house has been recently refurbished, with brand new wooden flooring and the walls have just been reskimmed and repainted.

The price is inclusive of all bills, so we will pay for:

Council Tax
Gas
Electricity
Water Rates
Broadband

Please remember that these prices include all of your bills, so there is nothing more to pay.
