Double Room in Mile End - 10 minutes to station

Double room for rent in Mile End for 1 year (£937.50 PCM) One of our friends is moving out so looking to fill a cosy double room in a recently renovated spacious 4 bed. The house well connected and is less than a 10-minute walk to Mile End Station. It is within walking distance to Victoria Park and right next to Mile End Park and Mile End Leisure Centre.

We have a spacious living room, modern kitchen (including a dishwasher), and lovely outdoor terrace/garden with furniture and a BBQ which gets regular use in the summer.
There are 2 communal bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower), and one of the other rooms has an en suite so there’s no fight to use them.

The bedroom includes a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and bed side table and has a door out to the terrace. There’s room for a desk if you need one to work from home.
We are all guys in our 20s working 9-5s (in the office 2/3 times a week) and are friends, so ideally would want someone to join in!

We’re pretty standard and enjoy watching and playing sport, going pub, having games nights, going to gigs, watching films etc. We keep the house is good shape so want someone happy to help with cleaning/tidying, and we are happy sharing kitchen utensils, including air fryer, slow cooker, and rice cooker.
