Sunny double bedroom with private bathroom

I have one room to rent in my house. It’s a double bedroom, newly decorated, furnished, with a walk in wardrobe and loads of storage. Views out into the garden too. Private bathroom also available with this room, with shower, toilet, sink and lots of space. The room comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and mirror. The room is available 24th March, if you need earlier that could be doable. Rent includes bill.

The house itself is a Victorian house, which I am gradually doing up (one room left!). Lots of love has been out into the house to make it nice , cosy and very homely. It’s a 7-10 minute walk to Mile End station, which has great connections for all over London. Victoria park is also round the corner and lots of delicious coffee places. It’s also right next to Tredegar Square.

About me, I work in marketing, working for home 4 days a week. Then most evenings I’m out at the gym and if not that, then relaxing on the sofa watching Netflix! I do most of my socialising outside the house or on the weekends. I’m very very clean and tidy and would ask that you also keep things nice and clean, as it makes everything so much nicer! I’m very chilled and for me the home is a sanctuary, so looking for someone more on this vibe.
