🔎 Tenant Requirements:
Each new tenant must:
✅ Pay a holding deposit (one week’s rent) to secure the room.
✅ Provide a **valid passport** & proof of UK right-to-rent (if applicable).
✅ Submit **3 months’ bank statements** & **3 months’ payslips** (UK or international accepted).
✅ Provide a **landlord reference** (if previously rented).
✅ Pay **three month’s rent & deposit** before moving in.

📢 Important Notes:
🔹 The landlord must approve all tenants and has the right to reject applicants.
🔹 The flat must be taken over as a group of **four tenants moving in together**.
🔹 The new contract will be a **single-let tenancy**, meaning all tenants share joint responsibility for rent and payments.
