Room available in quiet sunny flat East London

I am finalising writing up my PhD and my partner is an immigration lawyer working with asylum cases (we are Palestinian and English and speak Arabic, English, French and Spanish). We are both 34 and this is a quiet and clean 3 bedroom flat. We are looking to rent the spare room as shown in pictures. You would have access to your own bathroom and there is a small desk in the room with loads of storage space and more in the corridor for suitcases etc).

We are warm and friendly (social justice and left wing values) and we would expect the person interested to be the same. This is a home not a student rental so preference is for someone in academia/ professional jobs who need a shorter term (upto 8-10 month) contract in a really nice home. My partner will only be around part-time. Fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer and dishwasher and our own balcony. I like to cook and often work from home. 6 minute walk to Mile End Station with central, district, hammersmith lines and a 20 minute walk to Victoria Park and just across the street from Queen Mary University. I can be at LSE/ King's in 30 minutes door to door.
