Long Term Let - East London Large Unfurnished Room

hey all!!
Looking for someone to join our homee less then 2 mins away from Mile End Station,

(F preferred)

This is for long term let from 7th December.
The room is bright and unfurnished with a balcony, It gets lots and lots of light and is a pretty large double room.

Rent is £880 for singular person £1180 for a couple and bills come to about £80 in winter but a lot less in summer as we’ve got the lovely old school meter systems🙏 (not incl CT)

(there’s also a small priv bathroom downstairs by the front door which can be exclusive to you as on the same level as the room)

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to join us in making the house even more homely, and is up for socialising but respectful of everyone’s space, schedules and thinggsss. all the basics, pretty easy going house we just like to keep it nice and clean with a regular weekly cleaning schedule!
