The ensuite room (£1,225pm) + bills:

My flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for a couple or individual to take their gorgeous ensuite!

The flat itself is located in the Stepney triangle, equal distances between Stepney Green, Mile End, and Limehouse station.

The flat is located in a modern build complex with a communal garden that our balcony overlooks. The building is mostly family / young professionals in their late twenties / early thirties.

The flat comes furnished so just bring your self, kitchen bits and let’s make it your new home.

The ensuite room (£1,225pm) + bills:
The room comes with a king size ottoman bed which is great for storage, as well as one double wardrobe with drawers and a built in closet.

Bills:

Outside the rent, monthly bills comes to:
£70-180 ppm/ (per person monthly (if a couple / Split amongst 3 people))
£100 - 250 ppm (per person monthly (if individual/ Split amongst 2 people))
(Council tax Band D, tv license, heat & electricity, internet, and water).

The flat is managed by the lead tenant (me - Tommy). I have lived here for 4 years and am very close with the landlord, so any maintenance issues I will have them fixed immediately.

About the flat mate staying:

I am 32 year old American who has been living in London for 6 years now and works as a creative production manager in travel.

I am looking for a couple/individual who is always up for laugh, easy going, and open minded. Ideally someone who is between 28-35yrs.

As for myself, I am very easy going, I love to socialise and constantly up for a laugh. I love travelling, eating insane amounts of food, and of course a drink or two.

On a Sunday, you’ll find me on the couch watching old childhood classics and most likely cooking a roast dinner or on a stroll around Vicky P.
