✳️There is a superbly equipped kitchen (we enjoy cooking) and well stocked wine cellar 🍾 , plus a separate living room/dining room for socialising, with TV and Apple and Amazon speakers, we often hold dinner parties and low key social events.
❇️The house is comfortable, homely and clean. It is toasty warm in the winter, and offers a very high standard of living. We enjoy BBQs and al fresco dining in the garden in the summer. The room will appeal to aspirational like minded professionals or those in academia with similar high values.

‼️Ours is a relaxed peaceful home, with very few house rules.
🔱 And finally, this is all about finding the right person. We want someone who will fit in with us intellectually and socially. A super clean, light footed, social individual who wants to join our mutual support network.
