Whitechapel / Stepney Green. The location is extremely well connected. Only 5min walk to Stepney Green tube station, 10min from Bethnal Green station, Elizabeth (12 min), Overground (12 min). Hip area with independent cinemas, ace coffee shops, restaurants…and a huge Asda grocery store across the street.

🏠Your room
Double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom. The room is available February 1st 2025. £1,250/month + bills

🏠Flat
Living room and bedrooms are fully furnished and also features a terrace. Besides a washing machine we will also have a dishwasher. I like to keep it tidy and there is a cleaning service that comes once a week for £32 for deep cleans (you'd be responsible for half).

Your share of monthly bills would include (approximately): £70 for council tax (council tax band D), £37 for water, £64 for cleaning, £27 for internet, £37 for electricity, and £80 bimonthly for heating the water.

I'm a 34M who works from home 2-3x a week in finance. I typically go out 1-2x a week and enjoy having people over from time to time. Other interests include: visiting rooftops & new restaurants, traveling, concerts, reading, gym, volunteering, and meeting new people. Looking for people that share the same interests and that I can hang with but also can have our own personal space/time.

If parking is needed you will have to inquire with the building and is most likely at an extra cost.
