Flatmate for a room in Mile End

I am History student entering my 2nd year at UCL. Looking for 1 flatmate for next year, preferably able to move in during the summer. Contract dates are flexible

Location: Ansell House, Mile End Rd, London (Zone 2). About 30m from UCL Bloomsbury (Whitechapel -> Euston Square)

Flat has 2 spacious bedrooms (the slightly larger one has a balcony), a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Price: 250 pw or 280pw for the balcony room. (1 month rent deposit) Bills included.

The flat is owned by my parents, who have been renovating it so it is currently unfurnished, though of course will be by move-in. Your furniture preferences can be taken into account (e. g bed size). The flat will look better than the photos as walls have been repainted, old furniture has been removed, new flooring etc.

Ideal flatmate would be female, tidy, not noisy, prefers not to go out at night.
