Cozy double in Stepney Green

We have a cozy room that is going to be available from the 5th of August!
THE FLAT: conveniently located between Stepney Green station-District Line(3 min away) and Mile End -Central Line (8 min away) has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury's 3 min from the flat and big ASDA 5 min away). Also lots of Bus lines to London Fields or Kings Cross. Two different Gyms both at 7/8 min distance, and a cinema just round the corner!
THE ROOM: the roos is a cozy double that would suit someone who doesn't have much stuff and doesn't work from home as there is no space for a desk unfortunately. We have some store space in the flat, but is a flat in London and we all know what that means! The price for the room is 685£ plus bills which usually don't go higher than 60£ a month.
THE FLATMATES: you'd be sharing with two women (30 y) Sara and Lena from Italy and Spain. We both have full time jobs, I have flexibility (work from home and office) while Lena will be out most of the week. Life can get pretty hectic in London(as you might have seen) and we treat this house as our home, where we can decompress and chill, being respectful, tidy and clean. We have the occasional dinner with friends but this is definitely not a party house!!!
