Student Studio Rent

It’s a Bronze studio, on the 3rd floor faces mile end park 🌲, very quiet. It has convenient transportation. There is a bus station 🚌 at the gate, Sainsbury's /Coop/Tesco and other supermarkets nearby downstairs, you could walk about 10min to two underground stations (mile end & stepney green) 🚇, you can arrive at the QMUL campus within 5mins, and half an hour to the downtown, Oxford street/ Soho/covent garden/UCL/KCL/LSE, etc. The staff teams are also very friendly and helpful, they can help resolve issues timely.
Due to personal reasons, I need to find someone else to takeover my contract. The lease term of the new semester is from 14 September 2024 to the end of June 2025 without booking fees, so do not worry about the problems such as cleaning.
