The flat has been in the process of being sold since April 2025, so the length of tenancy can’t be guaranteed. The current estimate from the estate agent is that the sale may take around another 6 months. However, the landlord must give a minimum of 2 months’ notice, so the stay is guaranteed for at least 2+ months, with the possibility of longer depending on the sale timeline.

About us:
We’ve mostly lived here a couple of years and are a stable, friendly household. We’re all in the same position due to the sale and will be planning our next moves around the same time, so it still feels settled rather than temporary. We work 9–5 and WFH about half the time.
