Room in East London Available

Hiya!

We are three working students, looking for someone to join us! We're pretty easygoing, and somewhat of a introverted house.
Unfortunately, one of our flatmates is leaving due to unforeseen personal circumstances so we're looking for a fourth person to take over her room.
The room is a double at £775 per month, with total bills being around £55 per person (water, electric, WiFi). We're looking for a tenant to take over our contract till September ( there's a high chance for a long term extension as one of our tenants is looking to stay long term.)

The room will be available to move in from the 18th December.

We are looking for someone clean, considerate, with good communication skills. We are a pretty busy household so we often pass eachother by.
