I'm seeking someone to take over the contract for my private, fully furnished standard studio located on the 5th floor of Scape canalside. This cozy and well-designed studio offers a fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience.
Additionally, the building features a spacious communal kitchen in the common area, perfect for gathering with friends and fellow students.
The location is exceptionally convenient, just a quick 5 minutes to mile end station (central and district line), making travel around London easy and accessible.
Living here also includes complimentary access to on-site gym, complete with weekly group fitness classes (if relevant to you). For entertainment, there's a cinema room within the common area, providing a great space to relax and unwind.
You'll also find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby, all within a short 5-10 minute walk.
The rate for the studio is £ 407 per week.
Contract duration: 1 January - August 30th.
