Home-Like Student Flat

I am looking for someone to talk over my tenancy so that I can go home for summer and save for my year abroad.

This flat is very homely and is a great place to live in London if you are looking to stay here for summer.

It is located in Mile end, yet is a 6 minute walk to Stepney Green Station and 10 minutes to Mile End Station. Both can get you into central in under 15 minutes.

It is additionally a 30 minute walk to Canary Wharf which the balcony overlooks - I’ve taken many great sunrise and sunset pictures. Additionally, the balcony is a great place to sit and study in the sun on a beautiful day.

The nearest gym is a 10 minute walk away (24 hour gym group), Asda 10 mins, Lidl 15 mins, Sainsbury’s underneath for a quick trip if necessary. Hospital 7 mins away.

This is rented only to student thus would be perfect for those whose rent may be running out elsewhere. It is also located right across from Queen Mary University, therefore this may be even better located for QM students, but some of my flatmates attend other London universities.

All bills are included. This room does not include an en suite bathroom, there is a shared bathroom between myself and another, yet this has not created any problems as my flatmate is lovely.

This flat feels like a home as there are carpeted stairs leading to the kitchen upstairs. This makes it feel like I am more independent and not in a student accommodation.

I think this flat is amazing to live in, yet I am ready to go home and would like someone to take over my tenancy which ends early September.
