Looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Scape Mile End!
Note that this is for students only unfortunately, as per the rules for replacement tenants.
You will be taking over the room from around the beginning of June until the end of the tenancy date (30th of August). Perfect if you've got an internship or a summer job lined up!
Walking distance to Victoria Park and Bethnal Green, as well as close to the City.
12 minute walk to Mile End tube station, as well as close to bus routes like the 25 and 205.
You will share a (massive) kitchen with 5 others, but as you're staying there during the summer, you will probably have it to yourself a lot.
All bills included.
Ensuite room, and loads of storage options.
24/7 gym located within the building, as well as a cinema room, study rooms, and a lounge area with pool and table tennis.
Very open to price negotiations, the price on the ad is only a suggestion.
