I’m moving out of my flat in Mile End and looking for someone lovely to take over my room. I am most likely moving out mid December!

• Your room has a brand new shower, a huge comfy bed, and great wardrobe space

• The other bathroom is the “shared/guest” one but yours is fully private

• You’d be living with Julia (30)Swiss, finishing her Masters in art curation, amateur boxer, art lover, and makes a mean coffee. Super friendly, fun, and very respectful.

• Looking for someone mid 20s to around 30s

✨ Rent & Details

• £1400/month (bills not included)

• Bills fluctuate a bit depending on usage- usually around £40–£60

• A guarantor is needed, as I was the one with one and I’m leaving

Honestly, the location is amazing:

• 10 min walk to Limehouse DLR

• 15 min walk to Mile End station (Central, District, H&C)

• 1 stop from Westfield Stratford

• 5 min walk to the leisure centre (gym, pool, classes- there’s even a female-only gym!!)

• Right next to Mile End Park, with a lovely canal view from the balcony

• Right next to the cutest cafe spot right by the canal

• 30 min walk (or 15 min run) to Victoria Park
