Double room for rent-6 month contract (can extend)

I will be moving out of London in March/April so am I looking for someone to take over my room the contract is until September 14th, however you can extend afterwards. I have been living here for 3 years and it’s been amazing.

This is a double room, fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed and wardrobe.

Stepeny green station 1 min walk. There is the Hammersmith&City line, District line and 24/7 205 bus. This means you can reach central London in less than 15 minutes (I work in Liverpool Street).

You also have a Tesco and Sainsburry for shopping 3 minutes away. There is a curry’s nearby, barbershop, laundry place and numerous food places.

The roommates I have been living with are great, they are Italian and British. Super nice people between 21-26 working professionals. Everybody keeps all the communal areas clean and tidy.
