Move in date is February 1st! I’m looking for someone for a lease takeover.

Rent is £825 with bills being about £100 per month. The rest of the lease is 1.5 years until August 2027 so no rent increase next year and you can leave whenever as long as you find someone to replace you!

International guarantors are accepted! Preferably professionals mid-late 20s but students would be ok if you are willing to split the council tax!

The room: Double bed with chest of drawers, built in closet and crawl space for more storage or a reading nook (how it’s being used now!).

Please note there is no window to the outside currently. The window goes to the other bedroom but frosted for privacy. The landlord has submitted for planning approval to the council to put in a window before the summer (when you really need it). As a tradeoff you get your own bathroom pictured below!

A bit about the flatmates:

Living with two gals, 28 Canadian and has lived in the flat for 3 years. The other is 25 from Vietnam and moved in September! Both are working professionals in the City and in the office ~4 days a week!

The flat is near a large sainsburys and a Tesco express 30 seconds away. There is a very cute independent cinema next door, and stepney city farm and Victoria park a short walk away. It also has a brand new kitchen and a comfy living room!
