Which gives an easy access to Central London, Canary Wharf and Stratford - Westfield. Mile End Park and Victoria Park are close, which makes them nice areas to walk around and relax.

Adding more, Sainsbury's Local is right underneath the flat, which makes it very convenient. Lidl is also quite close to the flat, as well as Sainsbury's.

All bills are included - water, gas, electricity, broadband and TV licence. Students can provide a student letter to be exempt form council tax.

This room is available from June (or even a bit earlier). This is tenancy takeover, so a suitable tenant is needed.
So, it's a flexible move-in, ideal for summer until September.
