I am offering a furnished double room near Stepney Green Station, available for a 2-month short let from May 16 to June 28. The lease cannot be extended beyond June 28, and the minimum rental period is one week.
Rent is £200 per week, including bills. For rental durations exceeding one week, the rent can be calculated on a flexible pro-rated basis. The tenant is required to pay the rent for the first week via bank transfer before moving in.
The room is fully furnished and includes bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, Wi-Fi.
The property is 2 minutes’ walk from Stepney Green Station, close to Queen Mary University of London, Mile End Campus.
I am looking for a clean and quiet tenant who can rent for a minimum of one week.
Before move-in, I will ask for ID, Right to Rent check, signed agreement, and first week rent payment by bank transfer.
No smoking and pets. Viewings can be arranged in person or by video.
