Rent takeover

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a room in Mile End (£250 per week but willing to negotiate). It's a great place, but I'm no longer living in London, so I'm looking for someone to move in.

The room has its own ensuite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and access to on site laundry facilities with washing machines. The accommodation also has a patio and garden, and it's only an 8 minute walk to Mile End Underground station.

It's ideal for a short term stay before the university term starts. As it's student accommodation, you'll need to be a current student or an incoming student.
