Iq East Court Private Studio – Mile End

Private self-contained studio at iQ East Court, directly opposite Queen Mary University of London and around a 3-minute walk from Mile End station.

The studio is fully furnished and has its own private bathroom and kitchenette, so there are no shared facilities. All utility bills, Wi-Fi and access to the building’s facilities are included in the rent.

Rent is £380 per week. The tenancy runs from 12 September 2026 to 4 September 2027.

This is an official tenancy takeover through iQ Student Accommodation. I am the current tenant and am moving out, so I am looking for a student to take over my 2026/27 tenancy. The replacement will be processed directly through iQ and will sign the tenancy with them.

The accommodation is students only. The location is particularly convenient for QMUL students, with the Mile End campus directly across the road, and Central London is easily accessible via the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines.
