Double room to rent on Mile End Area

I'm looking for a new flatmate on a zone 2 flat

• £790p/m including all bills (rent, council tax, electricity, gas, fibre internet)
• Room available from 1st May 2024. An earlier date might be possible., the current tenant is looking to move between 20th and 30th April
• This room is part of a 3 bedroom + living room flat
• Furnished room: includes double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. But if you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can arrange that too
• I'd need 1 month deposit in advance but I know this can be difficult at the moment. I can be flexible with the deposit for the right tenant
• Very close to Stepney Green and Mile End Station. 1 minute walk from Sainsbury's and QMUL university
• You would be sharing the flat with me (32yo Spanish) and another guy (24yo British/Indian)
• Toilet and separate bath room.
• Kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer and laundry machine
• We're easy going and love hanging out on the living room and having a party from time to time, but also busy professionals and respect other peoples schedules. Most of the time this is a quiet home.
• Ideally no couples please
• Fast 1000mbps fibre Internet with proper router
• I'm not an agent. No admin fees or anything like that

I've been living in this house for many years. I've shared it with my friends, but sadly one of them is moving out very soon, so need to look for a new tenant on her room.

I'm looking for people close to our age, ideally someone to enjoy a beer with after work from time to time!

We've got a really nice place to chill and enjoy, a place we feel we can call home. Living room is quite nice with 2 couches, big TV, decent speakers etc. One of the couches opens up as a double bed, so guests can stay over. We're four/twenty friendly
