Large bedroom in 2 bedroom flat in mill hill

I am renting out the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in mill hill. The flat is on the first floor and has lots of parking outside the block. There is a large tv room with sky tv and broadband. There is a balcony off of the living room and the park is a 10 second walk away. You can walk to mill hill broadway station in 12 minutes.

I am easy to live with, try and be clean and tidy as much as possible and an sociable as well. I am currently working from home in the living room and if you are the same the the bedroom on offer is very hog and large enough for a desk or workspace.
