Bright and airy bedroom available on the first floor of a lovely 4-bed home in Mill Hill Village. The room is next to the separate toilet and family bathroom.

There's a built-in wardrobe with internal lights and shelves, a stand-alone small set of drawers, a fitted desk with shelves and built-in lighting above (with a more comfortable chair than the one shown). The bed is very comfortable (memory foam) and there's space under the bed for flat-pack items. The road is, generally speaking, extremely quiet at night.

We are well connected to transport and local shops within a few minutes walk or by bus. The 221 bus stop is nearby and takes 5-8 minutes to reach Mill Hill East tube station, alternatively, it's a 12-15 minute walk. Local shops include fish and chips, a chemist, a general store, and a post office.

The house and garden offer tranquil surroundings backing onto 60 acres of green space. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and two fridges. There is high-speed wi-fi and a washing machine. Locally, there are plenty of sports facilities, including gyms, swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, football and rugby pitches (Saracens' rugby grounds are nearby) as well as beautiful walks on nearby Greenbelt land.

I'm looking for someone who is positive-minded, trustworthy, has a sense of humour and will regularly 'do their bit' to muck in and keep the common areas clean and tidy.
