Female only! Clean and bright room in shared house

Hello,

We have a room available in our house. The room is fully furnished, with a desk and storage space.

It’s available from 23 June and viewings are available on 21st and 22nd June.

The house has a shared living room, large kitchen, diner and garden. It’s a family home that has x2 females and x1 3yr old (at nursery ft) sharing the space.

Mill Hill is a really lovely quiet area. We’re local to a large supermarket, local shops, Virgin Gym and Mill Hill East station (Northern Line) is just a 5 min walk.

The house is kept very clean, it’s quiet and large enough for everyone to have their own space. We are really keen on cleanliness and ask that any new housemate keeps the communal areas clean. We all work FT during the week and like to occasionally eat together but also have busy schedules so the house is often quiet.

Just looking for a relaxed professional who’s tidy and respectful (not a party house).
