My girlfriend and I have just bought a 2 bedroom flat. We are looking for a flatmate. We are refurbishing the property at the moment, so by early July it will be ready.
It is a 2 minute walk to Mill Hill Broadway station with all its excellent transport links.
The spare room is lovely and bright, looking onto the garden. (11’4 x 11’2)
It has an En-suite bathroom (7’10 x 2’7) and a new wall of fitted wardrobes.
We both work in town Tuesday-Thursday and at home on Monday and Friday.
We are looking for someone who would like the convenience of our flat location to be able to get to work easily. We’re easy going and used to living with other people (as we’ve both been to University and house shared ).
