I’m looking to rent out a bright and cozy room in my home, featuring a comfortable double ottoman bed that offers lots of storage!

The room will be cleared and prepared for the new lodger (please note that the photos show personal items which will, of course, be removed).

You’ll share access to a well-maintained bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden — perfect for a bit of fresh air and downtime.

I’m a friendly, genuine person and live here with my young daughter, as well as one other female housemate. Because of this, I’m ideally looking for a kind, respectful, and reliable individual who values a calm, positive, and considerate living environment. Mutual respect for personal space is really important to me.

The home is located in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood, which is something I value highly and know is important to others too. It truly feels like a secure and welcoming place to live.
