I am leaving my home in this Mill Hill shared house on June 1st, with the tenancy ending on June 30th. Looking to sublet this for the whole month of June. The landlord is selling the house from July meaning the room is only available for this month.

The room is a real steal price wise, with a large kitchen area, shared living room, garden with hot tub and an outdoor garage with storage space. The room is on the smaller side, coming furnished with a wardrobe, a small double bed and shelves. Further storage available in the outdoor garage should you need. You will be sharing the bathroom with only 1 other person.

Bills come to around £100 for the month with no deposit needed! A 12 minute walk to Mill Hill Broadway with trains taking you into central London within 20 minutes.
