Peaceful & Cosy Room, Bright Garden Flat Mill Hill

I'm looking for a quiet, tidy and considerate person to share my bright and peaceful garden flat in North London.

This would suit someone who works or studies outside the home and is looking for a calm, nurturing place to come home to after the day. I teach yoga and also offer massage and wellbeing treatments, so creating a peaceful atmosphere at home is important to me.

The room

The room is small but cosy, and makes clever use of the available space. It has a comfortable king-size bed on a raised level with:

* Small sofa
* Desk
* Small wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* King-size bed

It would suit someone who doesn't need a huge amount of bedroom space but appreciates having a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep and unwind.

Shared spaces & facilities

The large kitchen / dining room is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and smoothie maker.

There is also a lovely garden which we will share and which is a great place to sit and enjoy some fresh air.

The flat also has a basement with laundry facilities, microwave and some additional storage space, which the lodger will have access to.

The living room is not a shared space. I use it for my yoga teaching and massage work, and I also occasionally rent it out to Airbnb guests. For this reason, I need to keep the living room as my own working space and it won't be available for the lodger's everyday use.

A little about me

I'm a yoga teacher, massage therapist and wellbeing practitioner, and my home is very much a calm and nurturing environment. I enjoy living in a peaceful, clean and respectful home and would love to find someone who appreciates the same.

What I'm looking for

The most important thing is finding someone who is quiet, clean, tidy and considerate.

I'd particularly like someone who:

* Works or studies outside the home
* Appreciates a calm and peaceful environment
* Is naturally tidy and cleans up after themselves
* Keeps their bedroom clean and well maintained
* Is respectful of shared spaces
* Is considerate about noise and the atmosphere of the home

Cleaning of the common areas will be shared between us and it will be the lodger's responsibility to keep their room tidy and clean regularly, and to clean up after themselves when using the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas.

Location

The flat is in North London, offering a peaceful residential setting while still being within easy reach of Central London.

Rent: £850 per month, including bills and Wi-Fi.
