A comfortable double room, refurbished this year, available in a two-bedroom flat. I’m a teacher and live in the property, so this is a lodger arrangement rather than a traditional house share.

The flat has a good-sized shared living room and kitchen, with full access to a private balcony. WiFi and all bills are included in the rent.

The flat is accessed via one flight of stairs and has a shared bathroom, also refurbished this year.

As there are only two bedrooms, you’ll be sharing the flat with just me, making it a quiet and relaxed home. I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and friendly lodger that I can get along with, and who is happy to share the communal spaces while also having their own private double bedroom.

I'll be buying a brand new mattress, and duvet for the room.
