The house is a 10-15 minute walk from Mill Hill East tube and less than 5 minutes from local shops and buses. Quiet and residential area, the house backs onto 60 acres of protected meadows, fields and forests and the garden is also v serene and beautiful. Close by are sporting amenities including golf, rugby, football, local gyms and pools. .

The one room (no couples sorry) will be able to use the family sized bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Other facilities include fully-fitted kitchen and living room, washing machine, dishwasher and broadband.

The current people include male and female, both of whom have been in the house for 6 months. The owner also lives in the house and both are warm, friendly and excited about welcoming new people into their domain. Sometimes we hang out… chat and or play board games, listen to music and other times we keep to ourselves. The house is large and comfortable and the owner works part time and has two adult children who live nearby. Looking for someone who enjoys pitching in as much as being able to cope on their own.

New tenant must partake in household chores, which we do on a rota.

Must have work and landlord references, and be prepared to undertake a credit check.

Any luggage or stored items can be placed in the garage for an initial fee.
