Double, Ensuite & Private Lounge in Family Home!

Hello,

We are looking to let our spare room in our lovely, clean, refurbished family home. We are a friendly but lively family with two small children (3 and 6) so finding the right person is essential. The room is a large double room at the top of the house and has a double bed and a desk. There is an ensuite with bath, shower and toilet. The room also includes a private bright and sunny lounge / TV area with balcony. You can't hear the kids much when upstairs.

Rent includes all bills. Located in a quiet residential area with excellent local transport links. Only a 7 minute walk to Mill Hill East underground station (Northern Line) and a 1 min walk to 221 and 240 bus stops. Short bus ride to Mill Hill Broadway Thameslink station.

Would suit a student or professional who doesn't mind the happy sounds of excited children ;-) We respectfully ask not to have visitors or late nights due to children being in the house.

We are ideally looking for someone longterm (+6 months)

We also have an Au Pair living in the house so we are used to having house guests ;-)
