I am looking for a CLEAN, TIDY, FRIENDLY, MATURE and quiet, person to rent my spare room in a two bedroom new/purpose built 2nd/top floor flat on a part-time 4-5 days a week only basis.
Looking for a professional person who will be out most of the day and just need a clean, quiet environment in the evening to rest/sleep.
This is a bright, airy room. You will have access to the bedroom and accompanied own/private bathroom. Can use the kitchen for making light meals/salad or tea/coffee only.
Bedding, towels, bills and broadband included.

Flat is a 5mins walk from Mill Hill East tube station on the Northern Line perfect for commuting towards Camden Town, Euston, Kingscross etc. Access to the A1/M1 is nearby. This is a lovely, quiet, safe, pleasant area. There is a large Waitrose, Virgin active gym, doctor surgery and pharmacy just across the road with the dentist, dry cleaner, post office, and other shops a 5mins walk.
Room available from April/May.
