Nice Little Flat for 2 | Short Term Let

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHORT TERM LET

Hi all,

I'm letting my entire flat with use of the living room and small bedroom while I am travelling in South Africa. Exact dates are 24 Jan - 17 Feb but I am flexible if you are for a +/- a few days either side if you don't mind sharing with me.
For the above dates you will have the whole place to
yourself and I will ask that you look after my plants please.

The living room and kitchen are connected and they are the heart of the flat. There is plenty of natural light and the rooms are cosy and spacious. The 3m high ceiling allowed my ex to build a 'hung' king size bed in the living room. Climbing up the vertical steps requires some level of fitness but it is a lovely comfy bed.

The flat can easily accommodate 2 with a separate room for each, or a couple. The living room is large and spacious with a south facing window so you will get plenty of light. There is a comfy 3 seat sofa and an armchair + a desk space, a mid size wardrobe under the bed. You'll have access to my smart Samsung TV.

Note that the room is connected to the kitchen diner via double glass door.

The second room is a box room but the bed is also king size and at high level. There is a small bedroom, desk area and a little sofa.

215Mbps Virgin broadband + all bills are included in the price.

If it happens so that our dates overlap you'll be sharing with me - I’m a yoga teacher and work on some mornings and three evenings a week.
We will be sharing the dining room/kitchen, the toilet/shower room, cellar where you have laundry & storage space and the garden.

The flat is 5 min walk to Mill Hill East station on the northern line, local buses 240, 221 and 382 stop at the door step. Waitrose and Virgin fitness club are 5min walking distance.

It's a nice little flat in a safe area and I've enjoyed living in it and sharing it over the last 16 years.
