The master bedroom is part of a 1300 square ft large flat completely owned by me, it comes with an ensuite shower and toilet There is 1 king-size bed which sleeps 2 and 1 DFS sofa which can easily sleep 1. The room is secured by a smart lock and has a 65 inch wall mounted TV showing Sky, NetFlix, Amazon Prime etc. It also has a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Ninja cooker, a sandwich maker, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom is strictly private and is ensuite. The WIFI is free and the council tax, electricity and all other bills are included. Entry is via a secure fob and the building has a dedicated concierge.

The asking price for the ensuite master bedroom is 1400 GBP per month with 5 weeks deposit paid up front.

There are 2 other bedrooms in the property which would NOT be available to the guest, the kitchen, lounge, balcony and hallway are available to the guest on sharing basis.

The other 2 bedrooms have been put on rent separately , the asking prices are 1200 and 1000 GBP respectively with 5 weeks deposit and the rental paid up front.

These 2 other bedrooms DO NOT have an attached bathroom, the occupants would have to share the main bathroom would myself. ALL bills are included.

I am a live-in landlord and wprk from home from 9 AM-6 PM. I do not need any of the 3 bedrooms as I spend most of my day in the lounge and then come home just to sleep, which I very well can in the lounge.

The location of the flat is superb, it is 7 -10 mins walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line station and 5 mins walk from South Quay and CrossHarbor DLR stations.
