Move in Dates:
New tenancy would officially start from 15th February - but access to the flat could be arranged a few days prior for a move in from around 12th February (pending previous housemate moving out and organising a room clean etc)

This apartment has been newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom just redone.
This is a double room located on the top floor

Offices / reception in the ground floor - so can look to accept packages and deliveries during the day

Wardrobe and chest of drawers
Small desk

Current Flatmates:
1 female (often travels for work) - late 30's
1 male - early 40's
Majority of bills included in the rent
Prime location 10 mins walk to London Bridge / 5 minute walk to Monument
Right beside the premier inn, Eastcheap Records, Pret, Post Office, Tesco.
Ideal Flatmate:
The ideal flatmate to join us would be someone respectful and tidy and chilled out. Current flatmates are both professionals so would not say it is a party house.
New contract will go into effect on the 15th February so would need someone who is in a position to sign and start making payments from the 15th February. (deposit payments and paperwork would need to be processed ahead of this date)
VIEWINGS:
Looking to start viewings ASAP - ideally weekday evenings and poyentially weekends if needed.
