Cosy room in a chill shared flat, super location

Hi all, I am looking for a cool and chill person to take my room in this stunning shared flat.
The room has good size, a double bed and gives on the garden, so it is very calm and silent while being close to a busy and friendly area. (Camden, Kings Cross St Pancreas, Euston). The house has all that is necessary: internet, washing machine, cooker, fridge,...

We have a lovely garden to do BBQ, we have a nice living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets.
You are 1 minute from a lot of buses and 3 min from Mornington Crescent tube, 5 to 10 from Camden town tube, 10 to 15 min walk from Euston station. Finally, Kings Cross St Pancreas is 10 min walking too and it is really convenient if you need to go to the airport or if you need to take trains.

The area is very convenient, you have everything you need, 3 minutes from Lidl and Sainsbury, 5 minutes from M&S and 5 minutes of all the pub and club you want to ( blues kitchens, KOKO, electric ballroom, Jazz Club, Elephant Head)

Camden stable market is 10 to 15 min walking from the flat.
We are 20 minutes from the centre by tube, buses or even bike ( oxford street, Covent garden, leceister square)

The house is located 10 minutes from the cinema and 15-minute walk to regents park, Primrose Hill (really appreciable for running session).

The flatmates are very social and friendly, but they are also workers and are busy during the week, however, you will not feel alone except if you want to. We often go out during the weekend to have a beer and/or see some live music.

My 3 flatmates are all very friendly and happy to receive guests.

As a requirement, they just asked me to have another male to take the room, so girls I am really sorry but there is nothing that I can do!
