Hello future flatmate,

We're looking for a future friend to move into a great flat near Kings X to replace Dimitar, James has been living here for over three years and Josh for one , so it's a place that's easy to call home. We have a really large single room available to move in September 3rd (There may be some flexibility)

Dimitar is moving out to live with some friends. James & Josh are staying as we love the location and the rent & bills are super cheap. We're a sociable flat but also respect each others need to have time to themselves.

The flat is just 5 minutes walk to either Kings Cross St Pancras or Mornington Crescent station (Northern line) so easy to commute to/from work or to get home after nights out.

The flat is on the third floor so it is very safe and there have been no local issues in the area since during our time here.

There is a lot around the area; there are a local Sainsbury's 5 minutes walk away next to Mornington crescent station; there is a dentist and doctor's surgery on the same road between the flat and Mornington Crescent. There are also several bars and coffee shops within Mornington crescent and across into kings cross coal drops yard, which we often visit together as flatmates.

Outside of these amenities there is the hype and buzz of Camden Highstreet (approx 5/10 minutes walk), Regents park (approx 15 minutes walk), Primrose hill (approx 15 minutes walk), Oxford street (approx 30 minutes walk).
Holborn station/Covent Garden (approx 30 minutes walk).

You will be moving into a three bedroom flat with a communal kitchen and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished down to plates, cutlery etc so you just need to bring yourself (and whatever you want to bring!). Some of our new investments have been a pasta machine and new glass dishes for cinnamon rolls which have been super useful during the past few lockdowns.

Dimitar will be taking the desk & chair with him when he moves out but all other furniture is staying.

The bills are as below:
Single Room Rent : £620.00 per month
Council tax: £35.00 ish per month
Electricity: £10.00 per month
Internet: £18.00 per month (Super Fast 200mbps)
Gas: INCLUDED (a real winner for the winter months when you want heating on all the time)
Water: INCLUDED

There is also a one off deposit of £725.00 which will need to be paid, and some typical lettings agents fee's may be applied (costs TBC).

We are clean and considerate flatmates, James works at a Beauty and Wellness Start Up called Fresha and Josh has recently started a copywriting job. James enjoy's going out for casual drinks (G&T's?), watching plenty of Netflix and hitting up a lot of fitness studios in his spare time when his crazy work schedule allows. And Josh is very much in the same vein a chilled out person enjoying gaming & drinks and socialising with his friends.
