The area is safe, with lovely cafe and restaurant options.
Room is furnished and available immediately, after the security check. There isn't a living room, but a cosy kitchen with a dinning space. The property doesn't have a balcony or garden, but the flat is in walking distance to Regent park.
Bills not included so please be mindful of that when you work out your budget, Council tax is about £60 each, bills I would advise not less that £50 per person per month.
The bedroom face the main street, however the room has double glazed window.
