Looking for a FEMALE university student to take over my licence agreement for a Standard single room at Goldsmiths House (female student accomodation). 

Flexible move-in date (end of contract 7 September)

220£ a week all bills included
furnished with the following furniture and equipment:
(i) single bed and mattress;
(ii) wardrobe for clothes;
(iii) desk;
(iv) desk chair;
(v) drawer unit;
(vi) notice board;
(vii) carpets or other appropriate floor coverings;
(viii) curtains or blinds;
(ix) recessed lighting and desk task lighting;
(x) waste paper bin;
(xi) bookshelf,

Shared bathroom and shower room on the floor
Shared kitchen and dining room on the ground floor 

Bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned on a daily basis from Monday to Friday

The accommodation is located 10 min walk from Mornington Crescent bus/metro station (Northern line), 15 min from Euston Square metro station (Hammersmith, Circle, Metropolitan lines), and 15 min from Camden Town metro station. It is a very quiet location, in a residential area, but Camden High Street with bars, supermarkets, and shops is only a 7-minute walk. The staff is very kind and welcoming and it's easy to make friends!
