The flat is equipped with a downstairs toilet, a full upstairs bathroom, a large garden, a living room with a TV, and a large kitchen, gas stove, 2 fridges and a dining area. The flat is quite roomy, airy and grounding.
The location is super convenient – easy to get everywhere, very well connected, with a 3-minute walk to Mornington Crescent station, 7-minute walk to King’s Cross/St Pancras, very close to Camden High Street with tons of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants.
About the Room:
- Facing out to garden, with a good sunny view.
- Furnitures included: desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, queen sized bed and mattress.
- Big window that opens all the way, room with lock.
About the Flat:
The flat is roomy, gets really good light, and is quiet around even amidst the bustling Camden.
We are a queer household, aged 22-26, working within the creative industries.
We all enjoy each other’s company and occasionally chat / hang out in the common spaces whilst also respectful of each other's privacy and personal space.
We see ourselves as a community rather than just co-existing flatmates, so we like to share some stuff like kitchen and household amenities and utilities.
We would love to welcome someone who enjoys a similar dynamic in their household!
Move-in date will be from July 21st 2024 (move-in date can be earlier)
The rent is 950£ (excl. bills. all bills and utilities - gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi, and other household/cleaning utilities adding up 50-60£ per month)
