Room Available for Rent / Sublet

I am moving out of my room in my flat and need someone to sublet it / take over my contract from ASAP until it ends around 20th September minimum - after that date you are able to extend the contract / create a new one with the landlord and stay in the flat for however long you want.

(For reference as well, my current flatmate is also subletting his double room and looking for someone to take his room, so we’ve got 2 double rooms on offer)

It is a very large, spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed, large storage space (custom built wardrobe), large desk for study, large windows with curtains for natural light, and direct access to a private balcony. The flat has a modern, furnished kitchen, a bathroom, hallway alongside 2 other bedrooms belonging to the 2 other flatmates. The other flatmates are young professionals in their 20s.

The flat boasts a great location, right by Mornington Crescent station (7min walk away) and is situated inbetween Euston and Camden area (Euston station 15min walk, Camden Town + Camden Road station both 8min walk away) which is great for getting around town, plus it is right by loads of shops (Sainsbury’s 7mins) restaurants, cafes, bars because it’s just off Camden High Street.
