Description
Hi, I'm leaving my flat for work and am looking for someone to replace me. You'd be living with three male flatmates, from France, Mexico and Luxemburg.
**ABOUT THE FLAT**
We're a 3 minute walk from Mornington Crescent, and a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross, Camden Town Station and Camden Road Overground Station.
The flat has a living room with an open kitchen. There's a fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, oven, and some extra cupboard space that we haven't made full use of.
The bedroom to rent is the only downstairs bedroom, near the entrance. It's about 10.5m² and has a shower connected directly to it. Next to the bedroom is a toilet and a sink which will be pretty much just for you as well since there are 2 toilets/sinks upstairs for the other rooms.
I added pictures of bedroom/toilet along with the living room. There is also a video showing the whole flat. The photos are frames of the video so it's probably more useful to watch the video than view the photos
We can also arrange a viewing anytime after the 13th of January.
**ABOUT THE RENT**
Rent is £1202 with heating and hot water included.
Council tax band is D.
Here's an estimate of the other charges for one person:
- Electricity: £25 per month
- Water: £17 per month
- Wifi: £8 per month (1Gbps of broadband)
Giving a total of £50 in monthly charges + council tax (which I think is £45)
**ABOUT THE DATES**
I'm looking to move out around the 24th of January. I can be flexible with the dates so if you were looking for a start date near this one then don't hesitate to reach out. If you need to move in earlier we can discuss it.
The contract ends on the 14th of September, and if you need a replacement before that date then it will be your responsibility to find them.
**ABOUT THE FLATMATES**
The flatmates are: a young professional in Banking, a Masters student in Management, and a recent graduate in AI. Overall they've attended UCL, Exeter, Imperial, LBS and Kings.
They do lots of sports and like playing games.
I'm biased because these are very good friends of mine but having lived with them I can tell you they are all very friendly, easy-going people, who know how to communicate and make efforts to make sure everyone is satisfied with the way things are going in the flat.
